APEX Quantity Surveyors Limited is a registered company in Tanzania dealing with broad range of activities within the construction industry. The company was incorporated as a limited liability company under the Tanzanian Companies Act, 2002, with certificate of registration No. 76002. The company is fully compliant with all requirements of the Tanzanian Government in respect of Company Law as it stands at present. It is proud of the immense and long track of work experience of its founders and staffs who have worked in governments, multinational and private companies as quantity surveyors and construction cost management consultants..

Apex QS was formed out of well experienced professionals in the construction industry; QS Dr. Sarah and QS Florence. Sarah has worked in various institutions and consultancy firms for over 10 years. Florence is a former staff of Webb Uronu and Partners Limited. In that respect, Apex QS can call on a wealth of experience in the construction industry earned over the past fifteen years by its founders and staffs. This cumulative experience covers construction projects within various sectors, some of which are listed in this profile under the heading “customers and work experience”.
